Been on Trintellix for 1 year just had 4 days of horrible depression just wanted to sleep, talk to no one, not eat, no shower or brushing teeth, dreadful anxiety mood up & down all over the place. When I was on Wellbutrin xl and buspirone 10 mg for 18 years never had these issues but a year ago that combo quit working for me. so doctor put me on trintellix. need to get appointment with doctor.

I just started Trin a few days ago. Your experience description was useful to me. It seems as if each time I begin a depression med I end up tossing it. I was on another depression med (4-5 months and it didn't seem to be working. Then doc ordered the trintellix which doesn't seem to make a difference and my low spirit, lack of energy etc continues. I am also on multidrugs for atrial fib and pain and I often wonder how these meds react to each other.
Anyway, I'll plod along today, pretend all is well and hope for help from someone who will pay attention to what I say and help me along. (Poor me, I'm going out and eat worms. My mom used to say that when I complained about something)
