I'm responding to your post.
I have the nerve block and ablation procedures done about every 3-4 months. It works well for me and I say try it.
Insurance requires you to have two nerve blocks spaced two weeks apart to see if it will work for you. Each block lasted about a week. The ablation gives me 3-4 months of relief. The procedure is not too unpleasant. I can't say that about dealing with my insurance....
