After you go to NJH do you return to going to your local BE specialist? I have one at NYU but NjH seems much more thorough.

It is a very thorough experience.
The ILD Dr. at NJH directed my local
Pulmonary clinic at UCSF on next steps. That seemed the most practical thing to do.
That has been ok but what’s lacking is the collaborative culture between specialists.
I experienced something similar to that at NYU with Dr. Schattner more than 20 years ago.
