It took about 18 months for my joint pain to subside after quitting ADT. My new normal is much better than when I was on ADT or the 18 months afterwards. You can do this.

How long were you on ADT? Did you have metastasized tumours or were they confined to the prostate? Did you also have radiation? Did you receive hormone shots, as well? My husband doesn't have joint pain, thankfully. thankfully. Thank you for the encouragement
