@livininthestix I’m sorry you have more spinal issues. When facet joints develop arthritis, it can be because discs are shrinking or losing height which puts more pressure on the facet joints. Bone also remodels from pressure which can cause bone spurs. They also grow in areas where a disc herniates in response to the inflammation.

Are you considering consulting a spine specialist for treatment?

Hi, thanks for the response!! I've seen a few specialist and they just give me epidural injections. Its been quite the battle and it seems like everything is failing under the fusion. Worried about the future. I am only 43. Hands and toes are cold all the time, blue toes, horrible spasms and curling in my hands and feet. Been tested. Mayo in Rochester even said I stumped them.
