Is there anything to help the nausea after eating anything, and pain under right ribs. I have had gal bladder checked, done diet, taken the new med Motegrity and am allergic to it. Now have symptoms of dumping syndrome as well. Didn't know you could have both, quality of life not good.

Hello @hollie1955 and welcome to Connect. I can certainly understand why you say, "...quality of life not good." As I see your post indicates that you had a full Nissan 19 years ago, you might find it helpful to post this question in a relatively new discussion group on Connect. Here is the link:

I see from your post that you have already "...done diet," however, as you post with others who have had surgery and then have the symptoms you've experienced, you might find some helpful suggestions. There are posts in that discussion that deal specifically with "dumping syndrome."

In addition, here is a link to posts that discuss Gastroparesis,

Have you been able to obtain a referral to a registered dietican at your hospital? This was very helpful to me after three surgeries on the upper digestive tract. I would encourage you to ask for a referral if you have done so already.

Do your best not to get discouraged; finding an answer to long-term health problems takes time, but it is worth the investment. Will you continue to post as you read the discussions listed above and share your progress?
