Jeff,
My oncologist just texted me back about PROTAC ARV-766
He said this: only active in androgen receptor mutant patients with LBD mutation. You have ATM mutation only

My problem now is that I need someone to translate and explain.

Do you know Jeff?

Or if someone else here can explain what my cancer condition means?

I’m guessing that the drug you mentioned is now being used for those it will work for. Great news for them!

This drug is only in the clinical trial stage. I’ve been told it was going to be used to help people who become castrate resistant, and other drug stopped working as well.

Here’s some more information about it, I don’t see any requirement that it be Linked to a specific mutation.
