Maybe this will help--it has worked wonders for me since I have to take pain meds. For the hemorroids-take Blackstrap Molasses-not the regular kind-but Blackstrap-you may have to go to a specialty store-country store-(where I get mine) or natural remedies store. You can also google it if you have to order it. For the constipation-I use a product made by Konsyl--Orange Extra Strength Formula. It's more expensive than metamucil-but it's a lot more effective. P.S. Start with two full table spoons of Blackstrap-twice daily-you should start seeing some relief with a couple of days. For further instructions on dosages --when you google it--there will be more info--because what works for me-might not be what works for you.
