Just wanted to add update to inspire hope. My smell/taste disorder and post covid syndrome were diagnosed by ENT after covid early Sept 2023. I had substantial improvement in sense of smell after 10 months. Scored substantially higher on smell test at doctor’s office.

However, I continued with a constant bitter/metallic taste though. That has improved lately so that it’s about 70% better! I’m ecstatic but still cautious. Hoping it will continue to improve. I haven’t done anything different in the last several months that I might attribute it to. I eat right, exercise and take supplements as recommended by my doctors. I was really wondering if there would be any improvement after such a long time.
