try Zazzee (tart cherry capsules) $20 on Amazon. My entire body was racked with pain for 30 years. 30 YEARS! They said it was OA. Turns out the PAIN is from Gout Arthritis! (in my case). I tried it upon the suggestion a year ago from someone in this group. A few weeks ago, I asked the dr. to put me on Metformin for Insulin Resistance after feeling like skin moving over bones with no muscles. Really difficult movement. Turns out that pain was resolved too! My A1C was only "borderline." For many years, I suffered with this.
The weather change also brings up terrible pain. I have been taking dose opioid (Percocet) for 30 years.
