@gravity3 Hi there, Hope all is well.....I had my dexa and it doesn't look good, everything declined and I'm at the point of osteoporosis again. So, I need to get working on this again. I don't remember the figures I posted before but here are some results ....
AP Spine Change from prior: -4.7%
Dual femur change from prior: -7.8%
Left femoral neck T-score -2.5
Right .................T-score -1.9
Left hip ...-1.4
right..........-0.8

I'm due to have one in October, and I pray it hasn't gotten bad. I have had to lay off of the gym for a few months now due to back issues. So, we shall see what results I will have. I will flag your comment and try to get back with you on it.
