I too have lived with Raynauds for decades. I have the turning white phenomenon, but not the blue and red changes. Also, no pain just the annoying numbness until blood flow begins. Warm water does help .. winter is on its way, the episodes become more frequent. I turn 84 this month.

I have some of the same symptoms. My biggest problem is feeling things.
It takes me much longer to get thing out of my pockets because I can't feel the object especially if it cash or credit card. Winter is much worse though.
For the time being, they have diagnosed me with polyneuropathy.
You said you have had this since decades. How old were you when you got diagnosed? It sounds like you have a good coping mechanism.
Best regards

My Raynauds was enhanced by vibrations from driving my 1997 car so much so that i had to sell that car and of course I was told never use a jack hammer! that was 48 years ago ( am now 87). At least now in the winter my hands are not as "technicolored" and no more excruciating pain.

excruciating pain.
