I had a DRG trial implant for knee pain 6 days ago. I won't go into details, but 7 knee surgeries have left me with chronic pain that is increased by activity. So, at end of day, sometimes, I'm miserable. I'm noticing the same amount of burning sensation since the implant. This sounds weird, but is this the kind of inflammation that is common with weather changes? I really want this to work, and I go back to Dr tomorrow for removal of temporary leads, but I'm still undecided about permanent implant.
