My apologies for needing to ask, but I do not know what "MCRPC" is...please define/explain.

I have been CRPC for six years now. The median survival After CRPC is supposed to be two years. Looks like both of us are really bending that rule. As medicine improves, we both get a chance to extend our lives. Hopefully they come up with something that works when the other drugs that are available stop working. I’ve heard of two different things being studied now hopefully at least one of them works.
