Might be difficult to find something wearable that massages your legs without compressing them. If I'm not mistaken, I think the way they all massage your legs is by compressing and then releasing the leg. The small hand gun massagers actually use a small pad that goes in and out while you hold it against your leg which basically is compressing a smaller area of skin. I have idiopathic small fiber neuropathy and have a large corded pair of leg compression sleeves but they don't help with my numbness at all. They do help with circulation and my swelling from lymphedema though. I've thought about getting a cordless version just because the others are a pain when you have to plug them in and it limits where you can sit.
