Hi Aaron, you mentioned Dr. Goodman was no longer in AZ but when I search it seems he may have relocated to an Honor Health location here. Are you sure he left the state? I'm looking for someone who can diagnose my autonomic problems and came across a youtube video he did talking about dysautonomia.
