after your query I found an article posted in Osteoporosis international : a journal established as result of cooperation between the European Foundation for Osteoporosis and the National Osteoporosis Foundation of the USA, 2010 - which cautions against using teriparatide with individuals who have a history of cancer.
Also Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) task force report on bone health in cancer care explicitly states that "teriparatide is best avoided in patients with a history of malignancy prone to metastasize to bone."
Being a new member mayo clinic doesn't allow me to share the link presently.
