I have been battling foot neuropathy for over 20 years and have tried numerous supplements. After years of trial and error, mainly because Western medicine in the US has been ineffective for me, I found a better solution. I previously took 600 mg of R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (R ALA) four times a day, but it didn’t seem to help. Now, I take 600 mg at 1 PM, 6 PM, and 9 PM, and I can't believe the difference it has made.
I discovered that R ALA is effective for me, while regular Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) did not work and was also harsh on my digestive system. It's such a relief to wake up without the pins and needles sensation in my feet. If my symptoms worsen, I take 300 mg of gabapentin at bedtime, which helps me sleep.
I also noticed that even one glass of red wine can trigger my neuropathy. I wish the best for all of you who are suffering from neuropathy.

Thanks for the tip on the red wine. I'll stop that immediately. I do love a good cab....
