What treatment helps for feet neuropathy?

I use naproxen every day, but along with the neuropathy in my feet, I have arthritis in more joints than I care to mention. I use diclofenac gel(Volteran) and lidocaine lotion on my feet a couple of times a day.

Regarding Naproxen, my GP advised me to use it only 10 days a month as it has a lot of side effects. I have feet arthritis too and I try to manage the pain with Tylenol and RUB A535 cream. Not a day without the excitement of pain… somewhere 😃

Does the Voltaren help much? My doctor told me to try it.
