you might see a chiropractor at least for the back. Some of the chiropractors I see have an adjustment for the sinus. I have read that almost all sinus infections are fungal. So and antibiotic might seem to work initially, in the end it will fail. Maybe ask for a sinus sample to be examined in the lab.

I did ask my ent. He said to wait for 6 weeks. Since there is no nose congestion. I started anti-allergy medications. Sort of helping now but I still have slight congestion left near my eye where all the trouble started.
But the majority of my forehead aches are lifting. And since the medications, I no longer feel flu-like symptoms. But yeah, I still feel fatigued now, and other things listed above. Left me questioning where to start now to pay out of pocket as of now.

Also my post nasal drip is white/ transparent watery now. It was thick extremely sticky on June/July. Thats’s where my ent suspected allergies as of now.
