There is lots of good information here about the importance of sequencing the drugs. I started on these meds a number of years ago and took alendronate for 5 years. The thinking seems to have changed and now seems to suggest an anabolic first.

Thank you. I have read the comments on the anabolic and reading as much as I can. It seems a little overwhelming and thankful I have a little time to wade through it.
