@johnnydale52 — if your O2 drops below 88% when you sleep, you qualify for a prescription for O2 and should definitely use it! I’ve been sleeping with O2 for nearly a decade and feel it really helps! I sleep through the night and wake rested. I have a quiet concentrator and keep it in room furthest from the bedroom and use long tubing to pipe the O2 from there to my nose with a Salter SOFT cannula. I’m convinced sleeping with O2 is keeping my brain & heart healthy.

Hi, thanks for the info. I spent all day in the ER, I have Covid and Pneumonia! My SpO2 dropped to 85 for a few minutes but went up. I will keep monitoring, especially at night ( often awake). Sometimes I feel short of breath but my O2 is in the mid 90’s.
