Upper back issues.

It’s November. Sadly.
No. I don’t feel burning nerve pain. Just general tension headaches due to my upper back ache. I thought I was recovering but my periods makes everything worse.
I hope it’s not something scary.

Maybe you have muscle tension/pain in your neck that is causing or contributing to your headaches. Have you taken ibuprofen or acetaminophen or used Voltaren gel on the back of your neck/upper back? You may want to try Salonpas lidocaine pain patches on the back of your neck to see if it helps.
