You may want to see an immunologist to test you for allergies/infections.

When do you get your insurance? You may want a MRI (not ct scan due to high radiation exposure) of your head/brain/sinuses to see if there are signs of inflammation. Since you have some upper back issues, you may also need a MRI of your cervical spine.

When you say your body is flaming, does it feel like it is burning nerve pain or an allergic reaction/inflammation? You may want to see a neurologist due to headaches and if you have nerve pain. They can order MRIs of head/neck.
