Hi @maxmichael I experienced daily headaches after my concussion for years and am now 100% headache free. Back then, I read Dr. John Sarno's books on a recommendation from a friend, and when I learned how to stop repressing anger, my headaches completely disappeared. That may sound crazy - it did to me back then, but the transformation took very little time and was undeniable!
