I went from 75mg to 37.5mg over nite. I was on the 75 for 2 years. I think you will be able to do this transition ok, But you could try a MWF of 75 and T TH S 37.5 for a week then go to the 37.5mg daily.

Thank you. I did go to 37.5mg and after about a week the panic events stopped. I will stay with this dose for about a month and then try a 3mg decrease. I know there might be a reaction but I am hoping for a minor one. This drug is nasty!
