My Decipher is .63 high risk. RO recommends adt along with radiation. I think I will forgo the adt.

Can't blame you. You could go on adt for a max of 4 to 6 months. It shrinks the tumor and stops metastasis. But even for a few months it isn't fun. Interesting, though

It’s your decision, but my understanding is that ADT is necessary to weaken the tumor prior to radiation for it to work properly. The downside risk is that you would be put on lifelong ADT if the tumor recurrs vs. 6-12 months now (assuming you are Gleason 7).
