It would be good to see an orthopedic spine specialist for evaluation and MRI of lumbar spine. It sounds like you have spinal nerve compression when you are in certain positions.

Thank you for your reply, I’ve been doing some research and it could be numerous things even without the spinal injury. So I’m going to my dr and gonna get evaluated and see what he says.
