What treatment helps for feet neuropathy?

Some nights, after laying down for an hour or two, my feet will burn. As you have experienced, it is very painful. Someone in one of these neuropathy groups suggested a cream that is readily available, and not overly expensive, that I purchased from Amazon: Company was Globe and the product is Capsaicin 0.1%. It's a high potency pain relief cream. I use it anytime I wake up with an unbearable burning pain on my feet, especially the bottom. You rub the cream into your feet, between your toes and on top of your feet (if it's burning there also). I also rub into my calves if they are itching or burning. Make sure that you wash your hands well after applying because if you touch your eyes it will burn like the dickens! Within minutes my burning stops! I also wear tight sox before I go to bed and that will also help. Good luck!
