I actually take Magnesium Glycinate during the day also. What works for me is 200mg during breakfast, 200mg with lunch or shortly after and 200mg with or after dinner. Definitely helps me with sleep!

Thanks for your answer. It helps me with sleep more than with the pain and it is calming me down and ease my worry.
