Has anyone found a treatment that helps with peripheral neuropathy?

I haven't tried it because I don't have pain only numbness but there is a discussion where other members have mentioned HBOT.

I did research it a bit. There seems to be some merit behind it. I'm going to keep it in mind. We do have a provider where I live.
