I started taking LDN about 3 months ago after having had long covid for almost 4 years. I started feeling the results at about one month in. I take 4.5 mg at night. I sleep just fine. The best news is that my fatigue is almost gone. I was at about 10% of normal energy levels and now I’m feeling about 75% normal pre-long covid. I did have hypothyroidism and my hormones were totally messed up. Now my thyroid is normal and am taking nothing for it anymore. Same with bio identical hormones I was taking.
