Hello Sammie- empathies for the low back pain, esp at a younger age. You mentioned laying straight on your back is uncomfortable; put a pillow(s) under your knees, raising them up enough to alleviate the low back pressure. Good that you saw a doctor yesterday, hopefully you gained some insight on what the problem is & next steps on treatment. Best wishes
