I paid $1,800 to a very reputable doctor but frankly it did not help me at all. I had another 2 cortisone shots after that and then interestingly enough, I went a year without a shot. However, I am set to have another in a week or so. I went for an eval with another doctor and he told me that PRP doesn't work for osteo in the hand so I shouldn't waste my money. I hope you have a better experience, and I hope you will post your results.
