I was recently diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. Gleason 9 with imaging showing metastasis to pelvic lymph nodes. Trying to learn as much as I can and presently weighing surgery vs radiation. I found Dr. Quevedo “dismissive.” He wasn’t interested in answering my questions and told me consulting with “too many experts” would only confuse me. I traveled from out of state to meet with him and was very disappointed. He made it clear he’s within a year of retiring and “checked out.” Get a second opinion!
