I assume you have GCA since you've been prescribed Rinvoq. Has your doctor discussed Actemra with you? A lot of people on this forum including me have had good success with it. It can take up to 2 or 3 months to take full effect though.

I was only on the Rinvoq for 30 days. He put me on as i was tapering off to see if the Rinvoq would make a smoother transition to getting off the Decamethesone...it didnt work. I feel great (aside from shitty side effects on higher doses) but there have been 3 times of trying to come off the steroids with no success...each time worse then the last...I am beyond frustrated...sleep has been terrible, i have gained about 20 lbs since last November and most days im exhausted
