Good. We never know if something will work until we try it. But this med has a different platform from the others I tried, and it works for me. Best of luck! Bette

@mkean1250help I was a great sleeper, no problems at all until I got older - after menopause, in my mid 50’s. So developing this threw me for a loop. I felt loopy and barely managing, dragging myself through each day. Had a sleep study, was able to sleep as needed for it since I was very tired, but no sleep apnea, no helpful results at all. Tried prescription medications (Ambien, Lunesta, something else), they zonked me out but like a drugged sleep, and did not like how I felt the next day, energy and alertness the next day were not there. Melatonin I took for over a year - someone told me it had to build up in my system - did nothing. Have read these posts, some very good suggestions! Wanted to add what has worked for me. Wyld - indica - sleep gummies. Has THC. It’s like a miracle! I fall asleep within an hr of taking one, and 6 nights out of seven I sleep through the night, 7-8 hours. I cut each in half (I am not big, weigh 115, 5’6”) so getting 5 mg of THC, CBD AND CBN. Absolutely no side effects, no next day grogginess. I am so happy I decided to give these a try. I have taken them for over a year and haven’t needed to up the dosage or anything. Historically I am not a ‘drug’ taker - no recreational drugs throughout my lifetime (and I’m 72, so have had lots of opportunities, lol), also little drinking, other than a Kahlua drink maybe 3x/year. I have never drank much alcohol - tried in college - but just was not a fan. And don't think I have an addictive personality - overall I’m kind of boring!
But as all these posts show, what works for 1 person doesn't work for another. Good luck and good thoughts sent your way that you can find some relief!
