I agree with "not always" even as it pertains to PMR. I know many try to treat the PMR with life changes etc. I was not one of those. It gave me my life back. So a correct response to Lindaadele would be manage the PMR and do your best to move to something else without the long term effects. Although all drugs have some side effects. You are a medical marvel..

Thank you very much to your response I appreciate it!!! I am an exception to the rule with medication’s. I was on several medication‘s that worked and then stopped working but none of them did me any good in the long run but made me sicker. I have never been good with medication‘s for many many years any medication’s. Right now I am taking one day at a time and see how things go. thank you again for your reply!
