Dr. Pathak got neg margins w ECE for me, and he took 12 lymph nodes, so I def recommend him for Mayo Jax. Apparently Dr Pak is one of the best too. But Mayo can be a bit of a bureaucracy and hard to get timely appointments, particularly MRIs. Moffitt in Tampa is prob very similar and way less of a haul for you.

Dr. Pathak did my surgery too. I was 4+3, tertiery 5, negative margins, neg SVI, neg, 13 nodes, did show cribriform and PNI. I've been < .1 for 22 months now. Are you using Mayo for your salvage treatment. Who prescribed your ADT/ARI? Did Pathak refer you to a RO or MO? Just curious about the process. They have me seeing a NP for my psa checks. I go back in October and hope it's still < .1
