@cashemire, Having to wear compression garments can definitely be a pain but it does help with my lymphedema in my legs. I've been wearing them for the past 6 or so years to control the swelling in my legs but it's mostly my right leg. I also try to exercise regularly which I think helps a little with the swelling.

Have you looked into exercise or physical therapy to see if it might help reduce the swelling?

many thanks for the video! i find swimming seems to help in my case, but the physio is really insisting on the compression garments.
