I’ve been dealing with dry orgasms since my colon cancer surgery in Dec 2011 and ed from radiation treatment 6 months later. I’m 62 now. My orgasms are still pleasurable like before. The only difference is I don’t expel any dna, no pre cum, nothing. As far as the ed, it took me 10 years before I could achieve an erection firm enough for intercourse. And even then, it’s only once a week that it happens. But it’s getting better.
