Glad to hear so much improvement in sleep due to ALA . The neurologist I saw in John Hopkins recently told me to try taking ALA . Then I searched in this forum and found your posting. I am not aware of Na R ALA as a purer form. Is that different from ALA available ordinarily like in Amazon ?

The Na R ALA seems to be available on Amazon and I just ordered a bottle to try. You may want to try Nervive (7 day) supply to see if it helps. That is where I found relief and now I am experimenting with different sources and dosages. My GP is in support of this.
