Do your migraines follow a pattern?

Yeah that can do it for me too.
Mainly flashing, repetitive, too fast too loud, like ‘Warning may cause seizures…’
Also, depends where my heads at when I start.
I was always a reader. I love to read! When this started I can’t read like I did, so often. Can’t see or focus in a migraine or tolerate music. I started TV. I have to have something to distract me or I go crazy sometimes… just the pic w no sound. For me, also love stuff like Joseph Campbell. Know he’s not for everybody. Love SouthPark too!

Yes, I understand what you mean. Before I had vestibular therapy, I would get dizzy and nauseous doing word search puzzles (which I love). Now, I can do them without symptoms.
