I thought I had it bad but I’m learning. I can’t imagine! Never goes away? Every day, all day? How do you do it? Meds? Meditation? Dark room? Accupuncture? Is it up and down, bad, really bad go to not as bad, over and over, or pretty much the same all the time? Any advice, how you manage would help? I go through long periods when I think I’m going to ‘lose it’ but eventually I will get a break, even if it’s a day. The longest break I ever had, almost 2+ weeks. Just long enough for hope to start… I have time a very hard time showing real feelings, was raised to ignore and never show them, but you’ve hit me way down….

No meds work. Getting MRIs of brain and spine again to rule out a spinal leak. I lay down, get up and do a few things and lay down with ice. Don't drive. Haven't been out anywhere except my daughter takes me to her house once in a while. Hang in there and find a good headache clinic. I go to Jefferson Headache Center in Philly, but they don't seem to have answers.
