I had my Reclast infusion in 2022. I had about 3 months of bone pain so severe I could not sleep. I just paced the floor day and night. I had a full year of jaw aches, headaches, backaches and insomnia. I had maybe one day a week that I felt good enough to do anything. I continued to do my workouts but it was a struggle. After a year the side effects subsided, however, I have heard from several physical therapists that the Reclast infusion builds bone but it makes your bones more brittle and more susceptible to breaking??? Additionally the infusion left me with para hypothyroidism . No more drugs for me!
