Sorry to hear your PRC failed. Can I ask you how it failed? I had PRC done Oct 2024 on my left (dominant) hand. The had surgery again in Jan 2025 on same hand for ECU tendon repair. My Dr ended up cleaning out scar tissue in my hand and put a stitch in the tendon. I have next to none ROM and terrible nerve pain and numbness as a result of the second surgery. Oh, forgot to mention he put a titanium screw in my hand. He didn't fix the ECU tendon. It is still "snapping" I am going for a second opinion but can't get in until November. Same think with my neurologist appt. Can't get in until November
