For six decades, my BP was 123/78. After starting on the Abiraterone, it was 145/90 for about a year, & then jumped to 190/??. My Oncologist put me on the Losartan, which brought it back down to near normal for the next 18 months. Then I went off of all ADT, & my BP is back to normal.

I don't remember any lightheadedness.
