Thanks. Yes, my hand numbness is positional. I rarely get it if I sleep on the couch or wear arm braces to bed. Hand specialist suspects carpal tunnel, but not sure. I still want to rule out spine. And, I’ve seen several podiatrists. Most say it’s not neuropathy. Idk. Very confusing. Neurologists say Vitamin deficiency, which has been treated. It hit so fast….right after covid, so…..I do have type 1 diabetes so……could be from that. A mystery perhaps.

My ankle pain has been very different from all the other stuff but could be connected I guess.

Thanks for your tips. I’d think more people would have impingement around here.

A visit to a neurologist to check for carpal tunnel will give you an answer very quickly. When I commented that my PN was affecting my hands, my neurologist immediately checked for carpal tunnel using the electro stimulus methodology. No, not carpal tunnel. I had my answer.
