I have taken 9mg per day for about 3 months. I can't see any dramatic improvement except that I may be a bit more energetic. I am going to keep on taking it though. I get 3mg tablets from a compounder called CareFirst in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

Most any compounding pharmacy can make naltrexone in any dosage your doctor prescribes. I checked with 5 compounding pharmacies in my home town Tucson as well as pharmacies in Florida, Michigan, and California. Prices ranged from $105 to $150 for a 3 month supply.
