Just a heads up on ALA. I wanted to take it but I’m on a thyroid pill and read that it interferes with this drug. I heard about ALA from the nerve doctor but there was no mention of this on her site.

I take thyroid meds also. I asked my endocrinologist and he suggested I take the ALA at least 4 hours after the thyroid med which I have been doing.
